Sunday July 24th
| DINAN
CASTLE
We had no particular plans for Sunday. I didn't find any WW2 related museums on the net for the Brittany area, but that didn't stop us taking "Jessie" out for a drive. We headed for the coast, but stopped first in the local town of Dinan, where a fairly large castle dominated the centre. |

La LANDRAIS We pulled into a little bay at La Landrais for lunch, which included a slipway and many boats and yachts. |

| POINTE
du DECOLLE Further North, near the town of Dinard, lies Pointe du Decolle. This gave a nice view of the bay at Dinard. The surface of the car park left much to be desired and could possibly be my first bit of off-roading with the Jeep!! |

FORT la LATTE About 15 miles around the coast to the West, lies Fort la Latte. This 13th Century Fort has a commanding view of the bays back in the direction of Dinard and also West to the outcrop of land at Cap Frehel. By the end of the day, "Jessie" had clocked up 413 miles in France. |
