After weeks of rain or ice warnings, resulting in the council spreading a lot of road salt, I finally got to take the Jeep out for the first drive of 2026. I was planning on taking the Dodge to the North East Land, Sea and Air Museum on Sunday the 8th, but it needed fuel. To drive the Dodge to get fuel, would burn a gallon for little purpose.

Thursday the 5th, was a sunny and fairly calm day, so I decided to take the Jeep to collect my daughter from school, then on to get fuel in a jerrycan for the Dodge. That afternoon,  gave the Jeep a look over to see that all was well, as it hadn't been out since the Colour of Autumn drive at the end of October.

All was well and we had a good ride out, enjoying being back behind the wheel.
