Teesside Model Air Show - May
31st/June 1st
At the end of May, we braved the sun on
Saturday 31st to have a run out to the Teesside Model Air Show at its Redmarshall site.
Despite a
strong crosswind, flying was continuous across the day, it was sunny and warm,
and we talked MV's virtually all day. Lynne and I camped overnight, and the
other guys said they may return the following day if the weather looked good. |

Around 7am on Sunday morning, it started to rain, heavily, flying was cancelled; so we had breakfast, packed up, and left late morning. It's a shame the government can't tax rain, they could lower the tax on petrol then!!! |
