Folding Display Table

Due to space limitations in the jeep, a normal table for displaying items on just wasn't going to work, especially with three people in the jeep. I also wanted a table that had a more vintage look to it. The only way to achieve this was to make one that would fold for transport. The idea was that it could be transported on the front chassis rails of the jeep, leaving the passenger compartment free for people and equipment.
Here are the two sections of the table, both folded in half along their centre lines.	All the legs and bracing pieces fold flat against the table top. Here, each section has been folded out flat
The legs are unfolded and diagonal braces put into position, but not fastened.	The two sections are brought together and the bolts from the diagonal braces hold it all together
Assembled, 7 x 2 feet of display space!	Before I got the trailer, the table sometimes travelled strapped onto the front chassis rails.
