| The day wasn't an event as such, just a stall selling goods in aid of Help for Heroes, and a few vehicles to add a bit of character to the proceedings. The weather was atrocious on the way there, and I almost turned for home, but slowly it improved giving us blue skies for the afternoon. Five vehicles turned out and it was a good pre-season gathering, for what is still quite early in the season's calender. Certain members, mentioning no names Bill, seemed to spend a long time in the coffee and cake shop. | |||
