November 27th
With all the snow that has fallen the last couple of days, I couldn't help myself but go out in the Jeep. I needed to visit the Farm to give the Dodge a check over and engine run, and the Jeep was the least likely to get stuck. |

The roads were so bad it
was four wheel drive all the way, even the motorways. The Dodge fired up
at the second attempt after a couple of tugs on the hand primer to pull
the fuel through.
December 4th With the freezing spell continuing, I decided I better check the anti-freeze level in the truck. Rupert said there was a good percentage in there, but I decided it was best to check it anyway, and with the really low temperatures, it wouldn't harm to run the engine again and top up the battery. The anti-freeze was ok, but I topped it up with some neat anyway. |
