The 2005 Pickering event was our first
time there and one of the last before it started to go down hill. There
were a great variety of vehicles parked all over the town and around the
other stations. Almost every street corner had a diorama of some sort.
We spent the first day, slowly driving up the railway, visiting each
station on the way, ending up at Grosmont. We had a more chilled out day
two, returning mid afternoon to pack up the camp site. |
