With less than two
weeks to go before the event, several representatives from a number of
local press organisations were invited down for our second press day, on
July 26th.
Once again, a gathering of both military vehicles and classic cars and busses arrived at Croft mid morning, ready for the press. The weather was once again kind for the day allowing plenty of photos and track time. The different groups of vehicles set off around the circuit chasing the press car while some of the other press took photos and video of the remaining vehicles and re-enactors in the pit lane. The BBC, Northern Echo and Metro Radio were amongst those recording the event. The following photos hopefully capture a taste of the four hour photo shoot. |
